To identify, practice, reinforce winter clothes

What you will need:

clothes flashcards and wordcards (some optional)

• coat
• scarf
• gloves
• hat
• mittens
• socks
• shoes
• wellieboots
• trousers
• jumper
• cardigan

How to play:

Sit the children down in circle and give every one of them a card which they hold in front of them.
Each child has to identify the clothes they have in their cards. Kids might need help from you or their peers.
Teacher calls out the clothes and the child with corresponding card jumps up as quick as he can.
To make the rest of the class interested, you can tell them to point to that clothes, the teacher called out before its owner has jumped up!
